Eco-Friendly Household Items And How You Can Get Them

Eco-Friendly items can be hard to come by, especially when you’re not looking for them. So, I am going to go through some ordinary things that can be Eco-Friendly.

Eco-Friendly Living Room

A living room is one of my favorite rooms, because they are cozy and that they are one of the only rooms that don’t have a purpose. The kitchen is made for cooking, the bedroom is made for sleeping… etc.  Okay, so I’m going to go around my living room and look at normal living room items and see if they are eco friendly or if they can be. So first… Couch!  And luckily I found a beautiful website that made all eco-friendly couches. The website link will be at the bottom of the article.  Moving on, Rugs!  Rugs can be tough to be eco-friendly. But, I found a website ( That makes it rugs washable so that the carpets aren’t thrown away when they get dirty. And they partnered with a company that plants trees. They are going to plant 100,000 trees this year! Next, Coffee tables. At first, I couldn’t find a website but eventually, I found one. The link will be at the bottom of the page. This website Zin Home, has eco-friendly dining tables, storage, desks, and bedroom furniture.

Eco-Friendly Kitchen

Silverware is one of the easiest to be made eco-friendly and so with no problem, I found an amazing website. (Final.)Yes, with a period. And they’re lingo is: Say, fork you to plastic. Which I like because 8.3 million tons of plastic are thrown into the ocean! My goal is to make that number zero! The next is pots and pans. And I was surprised! I thought that it would be hard to make eco-friendly pots and pans,  but it is really straightforward. In fact, you can find dozens of options right on Amazon! And it is pretty much impossible to have eco-friendly food. Well, actually Vegan is eco-friendly. But, I understand if you don’t want to become Vegan.

Eco-Friendly Bathroom

Bathrooms don’t have many items that can be eco-friendly. But there are a couple. Toothbrushes! Ugh… I hate brushing my teeth but it is necessary for personal hygiene. I found a really good website ( you can find the link below.) It is not necessarily eco-friendly but it does use 60% less plastic. Toothpaste! I was completely surprised by this. When I was looking for eco-friendly toothbrushes, I came across eco-friendly toothpaste. And I was like: “What??? How can toothpaste be eco-friendly?” But it is true. A website called: Bite makes eco friendly toothpaste tablets. So when you finish reading this go and check it out.

Eco-Friendly Bedroom

A bedroom is your space. You decorate it how you like. In the past, I have struggled to find good eco-friendly stuff that was pretty and looked the way I wanted it to. But I found some websites! For eco-friendly bed sets, there’s one called sheets and For bedroom furniture, like bedside tables and desks, you can use Zin
